Get Ready - please read this thoroughly!
- To register, send an email with "Register for Access Boot Camp" in the Subject line to richter@newmexico.com with your full contact information, as well as the full names, titles and email addresses of each person attending the training. Registration is necessary for all attendees, existing clients or otherwise, before 8/1/2025.
- Upon receipt of your email, an invoice/quote will be emailed back to you. Payment can be mailed to Aventure Technology, Inc., 3870 Nature Trail, Reno NV 89511. Payment must be received before 8/10/2025.
- You must bring a Windows 10 or Windows 11 laptop/tablet and mouse for use in the training. You will be provided with a pen, a notebook and other training supplies. Your Microsoft Access program must be activated.
- Since we will be using Microsoft Access 2021 in the training camp, make sure you have a licensed copy on your laptop (version 2016 or higher) prior to arriving. Make sure your laptop will work outside your office environment, and that you can turn on Microsoft Access without limitation.
- Training will take place between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm each day in the conference room with ample time for a lunch break. We provide water and some other drinks but do bring snacks or anything else for fuel as you will engage in mind-penetrating material, using your concentration to the utmost!
- Finally, decide and arrange for your transportation and lodging. The Access Boot Camp will take place in Reno, Nevada, in the southern part of town, less than 6 minutes from the Reno/Tahoe International airport (RNO). There are multiple hotel and lodging options in the area.
- We provide credit for payments made to future Boot Camp classes if you miss class or if your plans change - no refunds. The credit will be available for a 3-year period.
- Bring your minds, not your formal attire! Yes, you may want to have some lite hiking clothing, boots or swimwear to take advantage of afternoon hiking and Lake Tahoe swimming, but for the training itself, dress as relaxed as you can - shorts, t-shirts and sandals are welcome!
